Introduction: The Aral Sea was one of the world's largest inland salt seas. Today it is reduced to a bare shadow of its recent size through extensive irrigation which has seriously depleted the flow of the Amudarya and the Syrdarya, the two major river systems on which the Aral Sea depends for regeneration. Yet the sea has also gone through a considerable number of changes over many thousands of years through natural causes. The beds of the rivers are constantly shifting and satellite photograph clearly show traces of ancient river beds flowing into different parts of the sea. Sometimes they bypassed the Aral Sea altogether, turning south and west to run into the Caspian Sea. The dry river bed now runs through empty desert but archeological research has found traces of settlements along its banks, showing that it was flowing relatively recently in historical terms (V.N.Yagodin & A.V.G.Betts (2006) Ancient Khorezm, UNESCO)… Visit our website to read more interesting facts about our country.
It is recommended to start the trip around 8-9 am. We may start the trip in your hotel, Airport or Train Station.

10:00 - 11:00 – visiting architectural complex Mizdakhan Necropolis from XIV century.
13:00 – 15:00 – have a lunch in Muynak, visit Muynak Ship Cemetery and Muynak Museum.
17:00 – 18:00 – visit Great Ustyurt Canyons and Tombs of the nomad fishermen’s.
19:00 – arriving Yurt Camps located at the shore of the Aral Sea to overnight. Our Driver will cook one of the most popular Uzbek meals – Palov for dinner. Enjoy dinner in the open sky Yurt Camps with nice view of the Aral Sea.
07:00 - 10:00 – time for breakfast, walking in the shore of the Sea and taking nice pictures of the sunrise.
10:00 – 10:30 – visit Kurgancha Kala which is date to 10th century from the Silk Road.
14:00 – 14:30 – lunch in Arba Restaurant located near Kungrad.
15:00 – 15:30 arriving to Nukus and we end the trip in your hotel, train station or Airport.
